POLICY FOR GENERAL RETURNS

At our company, we strive to ensure your satisfaction. However, we understand that there might be times when you need to return a purchase. Please find our return policy detailed below:

  1. 30-Day Return Window: We accept returns of items within 30 days from the date of purchase. Beyond this period, returns will unfortunately not be accepted.
  2. Return Authorization: To streamline the return process, please ensure that you have received authorization from our customer service team prior to returning any goods.
  3. Restocking Fee: Please note that returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any freight charges incurred will also be applicable.
  4. Non-Returnable Items: We regret to inform you that special order parts, electrical components, damaged parts, parts installed, glass, and Caterpillar parts are non-returnable. This is due to the nature of these products or the specific conditions they might have been exposed to.

We appreciate your understanding and compliance with these terms of sale, and unfortunately, we are unable to make exceptions to these conditions.

POLICY FOR CORE RETURNS

We are glad to offer credit for returned cores. Here are the important points regarding our core return policy:

  1. 10-Day Return Window: Cores purchased from Francis Canada Truck Centre must be returned within 10 days of the original purchase to be eligible for credit.
  2. Proof of Purchase: Please ensure that the Original Sales Slip accompanies the returned items. This is to validate your purchase and expedite the credit process.
